Brian Ferrick saved our Dream home for my husband Kurt and I.

I was 8 months pregnant when we put in an offer on a home.
We were Pre-Approved with another mortgage company. Then when we started the process they said they couldn’t do it. We tried a couple of places and they said no. My agent then suggested calling Brian because that is who she recommends to her clients.

Brian Ferrick made our refinance fast and easy.
Brian called us and said he thought it would make sense to take another look at refinancing since rates were so low.

After reviewing our current mortgage situation, Brian informed us of the potential HUGE savings that we could take advantage of. With Brian’s help we went down to a 15 year fixed mortgage from our 30 year fixed mortgage.
We are not paying much more, cutting many years off our mortgage and will be saving thousands of dollars in interest.
