I hope and trust you all have been enjoying your summer, your families, and your homes! It seems like yesterday that we opened our branch, however as it turns out, May was our two year anniversary! Thank you, thank you, and thank you for all of the love and support that you have given to me. I truly have the best clients in the world and am reminded of that every single day.
Your trust in referring friends and family to me is deeply meaningful and appreciated. For those of you who don’t already know, I’m engaged!!! Three years ago as of July 20th I met an extraordinary woman who has a heart of gold and two wonderful Labrador daughters,lol. I fell madly in love with her. She has accepted my children as though they were her own, has brought me joy every single day I have known her by just being herself, and has become my best friend. I asked her to marry me this February while on a trip in Mexico and she said yes!!!! Wedding plans are now in full effect! My kids have been busy this summer with sports, camps, and hanging out with friends and family! My daughter, Bella, is 12 going on 16 and preparing for the seventh grade. My son Jackson turned nine this year and is going into fourth grade.
I felt compelled to reach out to all of you to let you know what was going on personally in my life and also give you an update on the market. There happens to be a perfect storm right now in the market making a refinance beneficial for many different reasons. A combination of a real estate market that is on fire, a shaky global economy, Brexit, and the fact that we are in an election year have made for significantly increased property values (in some areas as much as 20 to 30%) along with extremely low interest rates. We have helped our clients get out of PMI, reduce loan terms and interest rates, switch from FHA loans to conventional loans, and in some of the most rewarding scenarios all of the above!!!
